I made an appointment by phone and they gave me one and a half hours later. I show up that day at the time and they tell me that I don't have any appointment.... quite embarrassing. On top of that I was waiting 1 hour there. Everything is a disaster, the fact that this is paid is the most embarrassing thing

We have made an online appointment for the dentist, with confirmation received. We arrived and they told us that there is no such thing as making an appointment online and that they didn't have us signed up... so we had to leave, spending our money on the trip and time for nothing... unfortunate!! The worst thing of all is that there were 5 of us that the same thing happened to us... I don't recommend it!

My congratulations to this IMQ center for its impeccable treatment and service provided. I HAVE received wonderful treatment since I entered the clinic. The people at the reception are lovely, the waiting time in the waiting room has not been excessive, and the treatment received from the doctor who treated me has also been very good.

They never adjust to logical waiting margins. A service is not offered according to what is paid. Horrible and absurd experience with one of your primary doctors. The first consultation did not listen to me and limited itself to prescribing me anti-inflammatories without even addressing the origin of the pain or taking a second to explore the affected area. The second, after imploring him, finally referred me to an x-ray test, again without attending to me and exploring me. The third time he decided to make fun of my condition, make disconcerting comments and begin to speculate about my condition, admitting that he did not know what he was facing. I have reviewed the reviews and have seen at least two similar cases. We are clients of medical health insurance, we come religiously paying fees in search of professional and dignified care. It is very difficult to remain a customer and trust that my health is in good hands and they only limit themselves to offering you an email because Google reviews leave them blushing.

They did me the favor of making my two appointments on the same day almost in a row (analysis and dentistry). Everything was easy. From the reception to the doctors, everything was unbeatable. Great professionals. They attended to me punctually and in less than an hour I left the center with both consultations done. I certainly can't think of any better place to go and be treated in such a way. Thank you for everything and we will continue to see each other.
